Just-In-Case Pack

The Just-in-case pack is a disaster preparedness kit. As a smaller veriosn of our just-in-case case it is ideal for smaller museums with space or budget constraints.

The pack is designed to be used primarily by one person  and provides a range of items to prevent further damage, document damage and then clean-up.

The pack is intended for use in small scale disasters such as flooding, exposure to elements or dust ingress. Each pack is sealed to prevent misuse of contents. Due to the much smaller nature of the pack, there are considerabley less absorbent materials, if your primary risk is flooding we would strongly suggest using the just-in-case case.

In an emergency

The Just-in-case pack is contatined in an easy to carry box, light enough to be carried to the scene of any disaster.

The box is security sealed so that it would be it is obvious of the seals were to be broken. Items may have been removed and not replaced. Spare security seals are provided with each kit, in an emergency seals are broken, just as they are on fire extinguishers.

Location labels are provided with each kit, they can then be placed around the building with the details on where the Just in Case pack is housed. Should any item be used or removed all contents can be ordered separately.

N.B

The just-in-case pack contains significantly less materials for absorbing water than the case due to its single box design. If water ingress is a significant risk we would strongly reccomend using the case or supplementing the pack with additional water absorbents.
